Return Policy
We strive to create the best shopping experience for you, but we understand that sometimes a situation arises where an item does not suit you and you need to exchange or return it.
You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receiving your package. This means that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the product, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@claremontlondon.com and provide your order confirmation number, first and last name, email address or phone number, whether you want a refund or exchange of the item, reason and attached pictures of the detected defects. Once the request has been received, our customer service will forward it to the relevant team who will evaluate it to confirm the outcome.
To be eligible:
1. The returned item must be in the same condition as you received it.
2. The item must be returned unused and unwashed in the original packaging with all accompanying labels. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse such a return in accordance with our Terms of Sale.
3. If the item is NOT returned in the same condition as the customer received it, Support@claremontlondon.com store reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
Exchanges or refunds are NOT permitted in the following cases:
- Wrong sizes from the customer even though there is a size guide with measurements in cm on each side of the garments.

- If the courier service cannot find the recipient at the time of delivery, claremontlondon.com disclaims all liability. all liability.

- If the customer does not report the defect in the item, and does not prove this with pictures, within 24 hours of receiving it.
- If claremontlondon.com does not respond within 72 hours that the return request has been received, the company reserves the right not to proceed with the return and refund.
claremontlondon.com reserves the right to ask the customer to send pictures of the received item via email showing the error or defect.

b) Subjective perception : Subjective perception or personal expectations are countered by the presence of specific information and size guides on the product pages. This information reflects the reality of the product itself as accurately as possible. Therefore, personal expectations or subjective perceptions are not a valid basis for compensation.

1. EXCHANGE
If the received item does not match the selected size, you have the option to exchange the item for a larger/smaller size or for another item on our website.
You must return the item you wish to exchange no later than 14 days after receiving the package.
You will receive all instructions, including the address to return the package, to your email address after contacting us.
The replacement item will be sent as soon as the package has been received and inspected at our main warehouse.
Size changes are not allowed if the customer makes a mistake when ordering despite having seen and measured using the correct size chart. In addition, size changes or returns/refunds are not allowed if the customer has not consulted the same size guide available on each website before purchasing.

The size of the goods may differ by 1/3 centimeter from what is stated in the size chart. By purchasing this, the customer accepts the following possibility.
By purchasing, you confirm that you have considered the return policy and subsequently approved it.
2. REFUND
You must return the item, and your return must have a tracking number shared with us. This way, we can see exactly when your return has arrived at our warehouse and immediately process a refund. Without a tracking number, we cannot track your shipment and your right to a refund will cease, as we cannot confirm whether your order has actually arrived.
IMPORTANT:
You can return the package via any logistics service of your choice. Unfortunately, we do NOT cover the shipping costs for your package, so we recommend that you choose the cheapest shipping option with tracking.
All courier services for returns are allowed and shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package at our main warehouse in Asia.
The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise indicated by the customer or if there are internal problems.

At claremontlondon.com we understand that circumstances may change after you have placed an order. Due to the fast processing and immediate handling of our orders, cancellations can only be accepted within 3 minutes of purchase.
After this period, we cannot cancel your order as it is already being processed. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
