Delivery Policy

Below you will find average delivery times for all our packages:

–   Once your order has been placed, it takes 1-4 business days for us to process it. However, if your order is placed on a Friday evening or during a weekend, it may take a little longer.

Cancel an order

Once your order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for delivery by our automated systems. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a completed order. If you have any questions about the product you have received, we offer a hassle-free returns process. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

Shipping costs are charged to us for each order. There is no minimum order quantity.

Responsibility for collecting undelivered packages

If a package is not delivered due to the customer not being at home and is sent to the post office for collection, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the specified time period. If the package is returned to us due to the customer not having collected it, we will not offer a refund. However, we can resend the package at the customer's expense. To arrange a new delivery, please contact us by email and we will quote the shipping cost. If the customer does not accept this solution, they must provide evidence that we have not fulfilled our obligation to attempt delivery.

Contact the seller for a dispute/refund request

If the consumer intends to file a dispute or a request for a refund with the bank or payment service provider, it is mandatory to first contact the seller. The consumer must inform the seller in writing about the problem and give him the opportunity to resolve it. This can be done by email or via the contact form on our website. If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time, or if the problem is not resolved to the consumer's satisfaction, the consumer may consider filing a dispute or a request for a refund. By first contacting the seller, the consumer is given the opportunity to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently without the involvement of a third party.
